Ingredients: 

* 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips
* 1 tbsp. coconut oil (optional)
Peanut Butter Filling:
* ¾ cup smooth unsweetened peanut butter
* 3 tbsp. maple syrup
* ¼ cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
* ¼ tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt
Topping:
* 3.5 Oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions:  

  • Mix It Up: Combine filling ingredients into a smooth dough.
  • Shape: Roll dough into balls and press into circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Dip: Coat in melted chocolate, set on parchment, and chill until firm.
  • Decorate: Drizzle with white chocolate and add sprinkles.
