Ingredients:
- 2 cups of monk fruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of guar gum or Xanthan powder to help with consistency
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of blossom water
Instructions:
- Combine monk fruit sweetener and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle guar gum into the mixture while stirring constantly to prevent clumps.
- Stir in lemon juice and orange blossom water.
- Remove saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Refrigerate the syrup and use it as needed during Ramadan. Enjoy your homemade healthy syrup!
