2 cucumbers

2 large tomatoes

Seeds of one pomegranate

Small bunch parsley, chopped

Small bunch dill, chopped

Small bunch mint, chopped

3/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill lentils

Walnuts chopped

Dressing:

1 teaspoon molasses (pomegranate preferable)

Juice and zest of one lemon

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Brezzo honey

Salt & Pepper to taste
