Ingredients:
- 12 medjool dates, pitted and gently opened
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut
- 1 cup (200g) chopped dark chocolate
- Sea salt, for topping
Directions:
- Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat.
- Arrange dates on a piece of parchment paper.
- Divide Kamut Puffs between 12 opened dates. Fill each date with 1 tsp almond butter.
- Gently close dates without squishing out almond butter.
- Dip filled dates in melted chocolate and lay them on a piece of parchment paper.
- Top the chocolate-covered dates with a sprinkle of sea salt and chill in refrigerator.
