Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Great Northern Pure Maple Syrup or Brezzo Honey
¼ Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Bob’s Red Mill Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Yogurt
3 Cups Bob’s Red Mill Oats
1 Cup Pacific Almond Milk (or any milk of choice)
You can add: dark chocolate chips, dates, blueberries, peanut butter…
Method:
Mash the bananas and mix in all ingredients. Put them in cupcake tin and in the oven for 30 minutes
