This summertime snack will both cool you down and satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. And, the best part? It’s vegan! This recipe makes 6 – 8 pops, but you might want to double the quantity because they’ll be gone in no time…
Ingredients:
- 1 cup The Bridge Bio Almond Drink (3%)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Callipo Organic Forest Honey or Great Northern Organic Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 medium banana
- ½ lime, juiced
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients, then pour into popsicle molds
- Freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
