Ingredients:
- 1 Can of Safe Catch Salmon (Don’t drain)
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp of Spectrum Avocado Oil
- 2 Tbsps of Water
- 1 Tbsp of Bob's Red Mill Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp of Egg Whites
- Italian Seasonings
Instructions:
- Mix one can of Safe Catch Salmon with 1 Tbsp of mayo, 1 Tbsp of Egg Whites, 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour, 2 Tbsps of Water, Nutritional Yeast and Italian Seasoning
- Stir until all ingredients are incorporated and pour into a mini waffle maker
- Let sit in waffle maker for about 3-5 min until browned
- Remove from waffle maker and serve
