This week we’re bringing you a stable recipe for those nights you need to whip up an authentic meal as fast as possible – seriously it’s just a three-step recipe! It’s so easy that it’s almost impossible to mess up. Have it with spaghetti or penne, or even as a sauce for your grilled chicken sandwich.
Ingredients:
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 box Pomi Strained Crushed Tomatoes
- A hanful of fresh basil (the original recipe called for Pomi sauce with basil)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
Preparation:
- Add Pomi Strained Crushed Tomatoes to a skillet with the crushed garlic gloves and flaky sea salt
- Bring to a gentle summer on medium-low heat and cook, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes
- Turn off the heat, stir in the butter and fresh basil, and season with freshly cracked black pepper
