Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Water (360 mL)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, soft (113.5 g)
- 2 Tbsp Butter (28 g)
- ½ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ cup cold Milk (120 mL)
- 1 ⅓ cups Potato Flakes (72 g)
- ½ cup Sour Cream (96 g)
- 2 Tbsp minced Chives (optional) (8 g)
Instructions:
- Heat water to boiling, then add cream cheese, butter and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add cold milk.
- Add potato flakes and stir gently. Fluff with a fork; do not whip.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then fold in sour cream. Garnish with minced chives.
