Organic Bulgur (400g)

Bulgur is made by cutting whole wheat grains into small pieces. Very widespread in the Middle East it is the basic ingredient of the traditional Arab dish tabbouleh. Raw Probios bulgur can be used in recipes without necessarily being cooked, thus maintaining all the nutritional characteristics of the grain and also allowing those who follow a raw food diet to enjoy a cereal.
