Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix is ​​an easy-to-use mix that results in a deliciously moist gluten free cake. It is great for cupcakes too! All you need from your pantry is: eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and water. One package makes an 8-inch layer cake or 12 cupcakes. Like all of our gluten free-labeled products, this product is processed in a dedicated gluten free facility and R5-ELISA tested to confirm its gluten free status.

Ingredients : sugar, gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), cocoa powder, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, natural vanilla flavor powder (sugar, cornstarch, vanilla oleoresin), salt.
